Biography - Richard A Melendez

Rich Melendez is a U.S. Army veteran that served in the first Gulf War. After the military, Rich worked construction, raised a family and attended college. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Rich attended the University of Houston Law Center and Bauer College of Business, earning joint degrees in law and business. Rich learned his trade working with some of the finest law firms in Texas including:

• The Williams Bailey Law Firm,
• O’Quinn, Laminack and Pirtle, and
• Grady Schneider and Newman.
